We’re open every day, except Christmas Day, as follows …
Sunday to Wednesday – 10am to 4pm
Thursday to Saturday – 10am to 9pm
Our opening times vary on Bank Holiday weekends when we open until on the Sunday evening.
How do we find you?
Our address is : The Coffee Barn, Buckminster, Grantham, NG33 5RS. We’re near the village church.
Driving (or cycling!) Directions
– Set your Sat Nav to NG33 5RS. This will bring you to the village green.
– From the village green head towards the church.
– At the fork for the church, with the church to the right and “The Old Rectory” straight ahead, take the lane to the left.
– You will find The Coffee Barn tucked just down the lane.

Are dogs welcome?
Absolutely! We love welcoming your four-legged friends at The Coffee Barn. Well-behaved dogs are more than welcome both inside the cafe and in our outdoor seating area. We’ll even have a bowl of fresh water, and treats, waiting for them.
Are cyclists, walkers, and muddy boots welcome?
Absolutely! We are the perfect pitstop for your countryside adventures. Whether you are walking the Wolds or cycling through Leicestershire, muddy boots and cycling gear are always welcome. We just ask that you leave any heavily soiled footwear or wet outerwear by the door.
Do you cater to dietary requirements?
Yes! We always offer vegetarian options, gluten-free alternatives for our cakes and lunches, and dairy-free milk options for your coffee. Please let our team know about any specific allergies when you order.
Do I need to book a table?
We operate on a walk-in basis, so just turn up and our team will look after you. However, if you have a large group of 6 or more, please give us a call in advance so we can accommodate you comfortably.
Can I hire the space for private events?
Absolutely. Our spacious venue is fully licensed and perfect for family celebrations, social gatherings, or work functions. We will work closely with you to tailor the menu and layout for your perfect day. Please get in touch via our contact page or call us directly to discuss your plans.
